Add more info about the avail. processors

esp. how the processors are implemented. In particular, it appears that the .NET 4 processor won't output invalid XML? If there are any other known limitations, it would be nice to know about them so we know the problem is not with the XSL, necessarily.

Hi Cheran - it's a good point. We don't want to get into the habit of documenting other people's XSL processors, however, as this would create some significant maintenance for us! Perhaps we could provide links to their official documentation online?
